At Anarani Art, each item is made to order. Our goal is for you to feel confident placing an order, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Fit, Size, or Preference Concerns
If the fit, color, or style is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Because items are made to order, we do not process traditional returns. However, we will review each request individually and may offer:

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, production may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
Shipping Delays
Production and shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
