At Anarani Art, many items are made to order. This approach allows us to reduce overproduction and waste while offering thoughtfully produced designs.

Order Processing

Orders begin production after purchase.
Production timelines vary based on order volume, fulfillment capacity, and seasonality. During high-demand periods, production may take longer than usual.

We do not guarantee specific processing times.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • United States: typically several business days

  • International: typically 1–3 weeks

Transit times are estimates only and may vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item type.

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Peak Seasons and Capacity Constraints

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, delays may occur due to limited production or carrier capacity. These factors are outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for these charges. Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist.
